Natacia Owens is a close family friend and her family and her attend our church here in Beaver Dam. She is 13 and was last seen Friday night leaving her house around 10pm. She was wearing a black sweatshirt with white stripes, black jeans, and white tennis shoes with red stripes. She may be in need of medical attention. She has brown eyes and brown hair, 5'3", and 155 lbs.
